Some content is restricted for SOTO and TORU Integrator partners and requires a login.

Support request

If there is the need for support, please get in touch with your respecitive SOTO Integrator partner as single point of contact.

Please provide the following information:

  • Name

  • Organisation

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Date and time of (first) occurence

  • Singular occurance/Blocker

  • Images/Video (if applicable)

The SOTO Integrator partner is capable of accessing additional information and history from the robot - however, a detailed description is valuable to give context to the data.

Your SOTO Integrator partner is enabled to troubleshoot and recover SOTO in most scenarios. If Magazino support is required the SOTO Integrator Partner will contact the dedicated 2nd level support.
